Actually, there isn't much to see. My biggest issue was, how did nobody see, how did nobody come to her aide? As it turned out, she was stunned, in shock; and when finally collapsed into a ball behind a partition under her seat, so she didn't have a chance; nobody helped, she probably just bled out.

Maybe she had blood pooling in he mouth and nose, it appears she keeps looking at hand (as if looking for blood) likely never knew how fatally wounded she was. Maybe she didn't know she was stabbed, just punched in the mouth. When people have bloody noses they tend to hide it, embarrassed. If she was proper, and had a mouth full of blood, you don't spit it out, probably waiting for the next stop; hoping he wouldn't come hurt her again.

He stabbed her just below the neckline so all the blood was draining down her front chest but we couldn't see it because of her t-shirt.
