Female guards should NEVER be employed at male prisons. First, they tend to be disrespectful (this one perfect example cussing at him and barking orders) respect is a very big deal in prison and theres no way a female is going to talk like that to a lifer and not get pounced on. She caused that, he wasnt going to crash out at first but she ran her mouth in front of everyone.
