It does seem staged, yes: the 'vibe' is off and it feels practiced, at minimum. Plus, in these ridiculous times, a cop actually saying and attituding those things would be inviting a lawsuit. A baseless one, sure to be tossed quickly, but anyone can sue for ANYthing, don't forget.
