AUGUSTA, Ga.---Surveillance video shows a man with an apparent large appetite stealing hundreds of dollars worth of ice cream from an Augusta food distributor.
Richmond County investigators are looking for the man seen on the tape using a crowbar to break into a refrigerated truck. Dairyland on Mike Padgett Highway has been broken into eight times in recent months.
He is also seen on video taking stacks of boxed ice cream totaling $700.
Each of the eight break-ins comes with a felony charge of Entering an Automobile to Commit a Theft, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
