Or you know....to arrest a person poisoning his community with his drug dealing business. If their intel was correct in that he was moving large amounts of drugs, I have no sympathy.

If he was tipped he wouldnt keep paraphernalia around. He wouldn't want to risk it. This was a normal family (where I live, I know at least a good number of folks smoke here) whos neighbors probably got upset that they could smell the smoke, or vindictive people with an agenda. I've witnessed a raid as a child and it is not fun. When the police find nothing, they leave everything in dissaray, and ended up stepping on my green anole pet after I pleaded with them to be careful. Yes there are two sides to this story but precautions could have been taken.
