Shooting at Graduation Party


This video was captured by surveillance cameras on June 22nd, 2013 around 8:30 p.m. at Arthur St and West St. The man in the green striped shirt is seen firing a gun at several people in the crowd. Also in the crowd are three other gunman who fire multiple rounds at the man in the green shirt. Several people are seen running for cover.
