Sept. 26 – A teenager and another man are behind bars facing various charges Friday. Mobile County Sheriff’s Deputies say Billy Ray Perry was arrested for manufacturing meth while a search was being conducted for robbery suspect, Richard Phillips.

Phillips, 16, is charged with two counts of first degree robbery for the burglaries of two Dollar General Stores, sheriff’s department spokesperson Lori Myles said.

Perry is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful manufacturing a controlled substance, Myles said
