I've had one "exciting" run-in with cops when I happened to be nearby an apparent crimescene (unknowingly) and as soon as the cops asked me to stay put in my car with my hands on the wheel, that's exactly what I did. Keep calm, keep quiet, don't argue. End result? Within two minutes I was back on my way again with curt "Thank you" from the cop who was already stressed enough doing his job.

If you act like a dickhead, you deserved to get tazed. Simple as that.
