Police officers in Blaine, Minnesota are on 35w when one officer responding with no sirens on runs a red light at 90mph at blasts a citizens vehicle straight in the drivers door.

In the second part of the video, we see footage from a second vehicle asking if assistance is required, before continuing to where there are reports of a suicide jumper on a bridge.

As the officer pulls up to the highway overpass the jumper leaps from it ending up in the middle of the road.

Blaine PD, refuses to pay for almost killing the innocent driver of the first vehicle.

The suicide jumper survived.
