Prostitute Was Stabbed By Client A 25-year-old woman was stabbed by a man inside a motel room on Rua Imperial, in the São José neighborhood, in the central region of Recife . The crime took place on Friday afternoon (11) and the case is being investigated as attempted femicide. Femicide is a fairly new offense class in some south american countries, and taken REAL seriously. A friend of mine's brother is in prison in Colombia for cutting a woman's neck just a tiny bit during a rage/lapse-of-reason (she didn't even have to go to the hospital), and it counted under that law. As it should.
