No need to mention "China" anymore in the topic since "Meat Cleaver" in the subject header is synonymous with it, but, man, that's a big meat cleaver  Almost looks like this video was shot by a drone.

Wait Im sorry, that guy just murked two other people not 30 feet from him (the victim), and when the cleaver guy walked towards him, he doesnt run for his life?? He just casual tries to walk around him? What?
