Premeditated Attempted Murder of a Police Officer
The LAPD have released bodycam video from a non-fatal OIS on July 5th that left an officer injured. “Ernesto Sepulveda faces two counts of premeditated attempted murder of a police officer and a felony count of carrying an unregistered loaded handgun.” Officers encountered Sepulveda, riding a bicycle, after seeing what they believed to be a gun in his pocket, prosecutors said. He pulled out the gun and opened fire, striking one officer in the leg, according to authorities.” “Two other officers chased after Sepulveda and eventually took him into custody. I’m pretty surprised they didn’t just fill him with led and holes.  Now he’ll get to be another burden in the prison system.  They should have just shot him to death. |

I'm pretty sure the mayor of Los Angeles considers shooting cops with a ghost gun a protected right of free speech in her sanctuary city...
