Motocop Chases 13 Year Old Schooboy on a Moped
russia. The mother of the boy bought him a moped 2 months ago and was aware he was riding it on public roads which isn't allowed on that age. The sanction for this is a fine of 30,000 rubles. The parents (legal representatives) of the minor are also held administratively liable.

 Looks like he didn't want to hurt the kid. Smart just to ride it out. That was no moped! Maybe mom should have bought him a nice bicycle. Ahh, but I was running dirt bikes much younger than that.  |
