Police Repeatedly Beat Man with Baton During Traffic Stop
April 5, 2024. Yzail Guana, 26, was stopped by Cheyenne police due to outstanding warrants for domestic battery & probation violation. During the traffic stop Guana gave a false name, after ordering Guana to exit the vehicle he became resistive, during the struggle Guana allegedly grabbed the officers taser and used it against him. Guana was charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer in addition to his existing warrants.  |

It’s not that hard to surrender yourself to police. You listen to there commands and follow orders. He did none of that and was combative towards the officers. Fucking stupid ass punk got lucky he wasn’t shot.  |

The subject exited the car fighting. If he grabbed a gun instead of a taser, he could killed one or more cops. That attack warranted lethal force in itself. The cops were able to control the man with non-lethal force. Note how being pounded with batons subdued this subject, where tasers may or may not be effective.
