I think they used a great deal of restraint. He had a fucking assault rifle and used the old "putting the weapon down" ploy to pull his backup iron. Good, justified kill  |

Yeah, this must be a training video of how-to/how-not-to. Police would have their guns pointed at him until they completely removed the weapon from his reach. I'm voting fake.

its fake, police training, officer in front never fired his gun the one behind did yet the perp falls on his back as if he got shot from the front plus i never seen officers holster there guns while the perp still has the handgun in his hand

you will never convince me that this video is real. why are you gonna wait for him to set the rifle on the ground before you shoot. then the damn cop approached the body as if he just killed an 8 point buck.. none the less its still a cool video!!!
