The arrest of a 34-year-old man by Seattle police is under investigation to determine whether the officers might have used excessive force.
Three police officers are in hot water after an aggressive confrontation with a suspect was caught on camera.
The DashCam video shows one of the officers choking and elbowing Leo Etherly as they try to handcuff him.
Etherly's lawyer, who sued to get the video released, says it shows them using excessive force on his client.
"This is so far afield from appropriate policing that it should cause concern for all of us," the attorney said.
The officers thought Etherly was involved in a hit-and-run after they got a match on his license plates.
He has not been charged in that incident.
Seattle police won't say if the officer used reasonable force.
The case is being sent to the Office of Professional Accountability to decide.
