He wants to turn himself in for whatever reason (probably joking) than the cop tells them to stop filming.
He tells them it's a free country so they can film whatever they want.
Then he turns his back on them saying all cops are corrupt anyway.
then cop decides to punch and arrest him

he says i want to hand myself in the cops tell him to stop filming and the camera man says he has the freedom to film, then the guuy with the guitar starts to back of and people walk buy

they are telling him to keep his big mouth shut and tell them to move along.

after the guy has been led off by the police, people walking by say to put it on youtube


then just before the cop hits him the guy says to the cop "you're only an ape in uniform"

they then interview the old man and he says it's sad. he says that below the view of the camera the guy hit or kicked the cop on the leg... the camera man then ends up saying it's a nice ending to the film

Fucking losers. Although I must admit, I'm rather disappointed in the cops. He was holding the guitar in a manner in which it could easily have been used as a weapon, while insulting (and possibly assaulting) cops. That's easily grounds for a tasering.
