So what's the story? Cops get a call of a big hairy Black guy breaking into a house in a neighborhood that has had an increase in residential burglaries. The confront him inside the house...he gives the cops lip and refuses to comply...cops pepper spray him to gain compliance and handcuff him. After he's in custody he tries to explain that he lives in the house and the cops don't believe him because he's a big hairy Black guy and the homeowner's are White. Big deal. No harm, no foul. That's what the police are supposed to do with a presidential burglary suspect. They made a mistake, but they reacted exactly like they should have. When the big hairy Black guy failed to comply with instructions...the cops used their lowest level of less lethal force. Beats the shit out of beating him or shooting him doesn't it? What's your complaint? Happens all the time...so what?
