bigerch85 - perp was just stupid... he could have just shut the fuck up and sat in the car like a nice little felon, but he couldn't stop jumping around / resisting, and definitely couldn't shut up. Notice the female companion WASN'T screaming about police brutality??!!! He got everything he deserved!! He should've been tazed simply for being stupid- I did like the "BITCH RUN" though!!

That taze is "abusing the color of office." Right on the vid, the dude is resisting not arrest but a very uncomfortable position. In any case, that taze is not procedure; it's mashochism. It's totally unnecessary, dangerous and illegal. I did like the part about, though, "What did I do?" Ummm... ran from the cops? Note to self: Do not run from the police. |
