If you're fighting with cops, you're not under control. They use tasers for their protection because it's better than shooting the suspect with a gun. You wanna go toe to toe with a cop? The use of tazers on handcuffed suspects who are under control is just wrong.Cops are **** that got bullied at school. Always wanted to go toe to toe with a cop without all his gear on,maybe one day
