Three people were killed and nine others were wounded in a shooting at a block party in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood shortly before 1 a.m. on July 7, 2025. Gunfire erupted on the 1500 block of South Etting Street. The people killed were Zahir Wylie, 23, Jason Rese, 19, and Azir Harris, 24. Another person was injured in a fall while fleeing.

Ring doorbell footage shows people dropping to the ground and huddling against a porch wall as gunfire continues. Harris, who used a wheelchair, was stranded in the street near parked cars. Police said no argument preceded the shooting and that 13 guns were fired.
