NYPD's Michael Sher Pulls Mask Down, Pepper-Sprays Man: Brooklyn, May 30, 2020
NYPD Officer Michael Sher pulled down Andrew Smith's face mask and pepper-sprayed him during a George Floyd protest in Flatbush, Brooklyn, on May 30, 2020. Smith had both hands raised as officers escorted a police vehicle carrying an arrested protester through the crowd. Video captured Sher pushing Smith back, knocking down his sunglasses, pulling down his mask and spraying him in the face. Body-camera audio later captured Sher boasting about the encounter. Sher was suspended without pay in June 2020. The Brooklyn district attorney investigated but filed no criminal charge. In a May 2022 department trial ruling, an administrative judge found that the spraying had not been proven objectively unreasonable. Sher received no penalty for the use of force but lost 10 vacation days for failing to report it and notify his supervisor. The city settled Smith's lawsuit for $212,500 in March 2024.

I would’ve pulled his pants down instead. And emptied that entire spray up his ass hole.
