Russia, Yesterday a motorist, who in 2017, had his driver's license being revoked for 2 years for drunk driving but did not renew his driver’s license after it was expired refused to undergo a breathalizer test when being stopped by traffic police. After stopping the car the driver hit the gas pedal. He hit the police car with his car when the officer tried opening the door on the passenger side. When trying to escape he hit a pole and police ran towards the car and fired once in the air and at the wheels of the car. He was then arrested.
