I don't usually side with the cops but this guy would make anyone nervous. All he had to do was stop wriggling around. I know that's probably hard to do when you've just been shot but ffs what did he think was going to happen if he didn't. This is a justified shooting in my opinion.

He did pull a black object out of his waste band when he rolled over on his belly, then threw it into the alley after he was shot. Folded up knife? Magazine? Who knows.
