Thank you!  I didn't think this or Ferguson were racially motivated. Granted, no policeman has ever thought he saw a gun in my hand, but, I've never been asked to get out of the car. I asked one time, after we pulled into a parking lot, if I could get out because I had been sitting all day. My mother had fake stickers, which I didn't know, and I felt like an ass. My cars have always been legal. The policeman did ask me to look at the stickers, so I would have been asked to get out at that point. He could tell, and he was passing in the opposite direction, that there was no hologram on either sticker.  |

They were not over his head, if memory serves. He could have had a weapon on him. I don't believe police should have to wait for the first shot to defend themselves. They don't get paid enough for what they do. |

1.21 the cop says 'get him out the car'....it's pretty typical really...the cops get all flustered and start escalating the situation by shouting and swearing and issuing contradicting commands..
