Mahindra Thar Hits Several Bikes After Owner Got Angry Over a Car Speaker
A day after he crashed his Thar into several vehicles at a busy stretch in Noida’s Sector 16 and sped away, a 27-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, said police. Video shows a Black Thar hitting multiple vehicles recklessly. The man has been identified as Sachin Kumar Lohiya. He is a resident of Delhi and works as a property dealer, said an officer. “The incident occurred on Tuesday after he visited a mechanic in the Noida Phase-1 area to install a speaker in his Mahindra Thar,” said Noida Phase-1 Station House Officer (SHO) Amit Bhadana. Lohiya allegedly picked up an argument with the mechanic as he wanted to remove the installed speaker and get another installed in its place. “The argument blew up, which turmed into a scuffle,” said Bhadana. Agitated over the disagreement, Lohiya allegedly sped away in his Mahindra Thar from the shop and ended up damaging several vehicles on the way. “However, no one was injured in the case,” added the SHO. The FIR was registered under sections 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt), 352(breach of peace), and 351(2)criminal intimidation) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, among others. “We have seized the Thar vehicle used in the incident,” read an official police statement. |

anyone else notice Indian police interlock fingers with criminals all the time? I think its probably a clever way of control, interlock your fingers with your partner, and see if they can escape you, it seems pretty smart.
