Lock that guy up and throw away the key. HOA neighborhoods have these ordinances in place for reason. They don't want the neighborhood start looking dumpy with all these beat up cars being worked on out front. This is their way of maintaining a high neighborhood standard. If you don't like it, if you think that your private property is your business and yours alone, there's a nice padded cell with your name on it. |
