Brazil, According to the Military Police, the offender is a former companion of the victim. Until the report was closed, he was not arrested yet. The victim is doing well and was discharged from the Hospital the next day.

The unarmed good guy in the blue shirt has true grit. I am not sure how many people would have approached a man in a homicidal fit. I want to bring that guy to America. We need more brave people in this world.
