Going Topless at the Scene
These photos are of a woman going topless for her arrest. She was involved in a serious car crash--although she was unhurt the same may not be true of the other driver. She fled the scene after police arrived but did not go far. She was arrested and charged with DUI--and, as you can see, she went topless for her arrest.

And you know she got that government moneys. Tiger stripes(check)that means you can splurge on her baby daddy child support, and Foodstamps(check) you can indulge in her snack pantry, then her pants.
