Brazil, Last tuesday a gas station worker that was robbed of his money ($225) by two teenagers on bicycles was shot when the criminals fled the scene.

He was transported to the hospital with a bullet lodged in the head and another in the arm. He's in serious condition.

The other attendant wasn't hurt.
The military police managed to apprehend a teenager shortly after the crime.

In testimony, he said he shot "unintentionally" the attendant because the gun was "cocked" and that he had no intention to kill.

The other suspect has been identified and is on the run.
