Gang of Cops Bully & Arrest 17-year-old Girl on the Drive Home From School
Gang of Cops Bully & Arrest 17-year-old Girl on the Drive Home From School This footage was documented by The Real News Network in a great video, where they interviewed the family involved. It's a perfect illustration of these "gangs" of drug task force type cops, who like to wear backward ball caps, cover their bodies with tattoos, and otherwise attempt to NOT look like cops. Often that causes problems when they go to do cop things, like pull people over for traffic stops. This footage shows just one instance of that. Then, when they don't find what they were looking for, they often resort to lying and fabricating charges. Sheriff should be charged with tampering with evidence for turning off the camera not too mention that unmarked police cars can't be used for traffic stops. The second they say turn off the bodycam you know they're trying to cover up their fuck up. Time for a civil lawsuit as many laws have been broken.

Re: Gang of Cops Bully & Arrest 17-year-old Girl on the Drive Home From School
"Time for a civil lawsuit" Time for rewriting fundamental laws and the jurassic "amendments" Another issue is that when such motivated "outsourced coppers" are not deployed at a real bone like the mexican border, you cannot say "illegal immagrants are vile etc..." It is a country that is turning its back to the real issues. Just like J Biden turned his back recently to the g7 folks. Please grow up as a modern state... |

Re: Gang of Cops Bully & Arrest 17-year-old Girl on the Drive Home From School
A lot of laws need to be changed, as far as amendments go, however, they're fine. The problem is people refuse to accept the responsibility that comes with them. It's all unwritten rule stuff, but like for the first amendment the unwritten rules are kind of "Don't make weird sex cults that involve kids or abusive religions. Don't lie, don't antagonize unduly and for the love of God don't pretend your opinion is fact." For the second, it'd be "Don't use your right to own this item as a precursor to assault, batter, threaten unduly, or commit homicide without just cause." And so on. If everyone would quit being little bitches about things and actually attempt to solve things amicably (or through legal means provided by the courts) we wouldn't even be arguing about the first ten. Of course, that's contingent on all judges being impartial, and lord knows that's definitely not the case |

Remove police unions. Hold cops personally liable or require insurance like doctors and malpractice.

It is not illegal for unmarked police cars to do traffic stops.
