Female Deputy Collapses After a Supposed Fentanyl Overdose During Search
The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office released bodycam footage they say shows one of its deputies being rescued with emergency doses of Narcan after collapsing from fentanyl exposure. An incident report states the situation unfolded on Saturday afternoon in the area of Bethera Road and Mitchumtown Road in Bonneau, where deputies responded to a report of a woman in a black SUV who was passed out behind the wheel. Deputies were able to get into the locked SUV and wake the woman, who said she pulled over after almost hitting a deer on the road. But she had no answer when deputies asked why she fell asleep, the report states. A female deputy then searched the woman’s person and the report states the deputy found a clear plastic bag that contained an unknown substance in one side of the driver’s bra and a folded-up dollar bill that also contained an unknown substance in the other side. In the video, you can hear the deputy ask for Narcan multiple times shortly after touching the bill before she falls to the ground. Narcan is the brand name of over-the-counter naloxone, which can counteract the effects of an opioid overdose. The second deputy rushed to the first deputy’s vehicle and grabbed Narcan and administered two doses. After the deputy received the doses, she was alert and responsive. The report states that inside the folded-up dollar bill was approximately 0.01 grams of a brown powder-like substance that field-tested presumptive for fentanyl. When deputies conducted another strip search of the driver, she handed deputies a clear bag that contained about 2 grams of a brown powder-like substance that also field-tested presumptive for fentanyl. The deputy was taken to the hospital but has since been released. |

Re: Female Deputy Collapses After a Supposed Fentanyl Overdose During Search
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Attorney General Ashley Moody is warning Floridians of a new, deadly synthetic opioid found in Florida called Isotonitazene—commonly referred to as ISO. According to reports, ISO is approximately 20 to 100 times stronger than fentanyl—an already incredibly dangerous opioid. Similar to fentanyl, this new synthetic opioid is being mixed with other drugs and appearing in the illicit drug market—possibly in powder or pill form. Often, users have no idea that a lethal synthetic opioid is mixed into a drug until it is too late. Attorney General Moody is sounding the alarm and asking people to never take an illicit drug because just one pill can kill. https://www.myfloridalegal.com/newsr...erful-fentanyl (also Made in China) Take care, cops! |

Re: Female Deputy Collapses After a Supposed Fentanyl Overdose During Search
Should change the title because it's impossible, and i'll repeat that, impossible to overdose from Fetanyl from skin contact, contrary to popular belief. Even a Fetanyl patch wouldn't overdose someone from merely touching it (patches are at a much lower mg). The DEA, CDC, AND toxicologists have said COUNTLESS times, you cannot overdose from fetanyl through skin contact, Fetanyl isn't small enough to get through even the top layer of skin. Chick had a panic attack, her homie narcaned her, and you can clearly see she still having a panic attack. He panic attack probably resulted from the thought of fetanyl and the mass-hysteria that you can overdose from skin contact. This tells me all I need to know: "field-tested presumptive for fentanyl." No fetty. Bitch had a panic attack. Can't refute facts. |
