Re: Family Sues Police After Son Shot Dead
Or, how about, you know, try *not* being a stupid cunt who fights arrest and knocks around a couple of cops in the process?

Or, how about America sorts their shit out. He hardly touched them, the fucking pussies. As has been already said, he was well within tazing range, and was running away when the silly fat cow decided to end his life. It's shit like this which is the reason that America is the rest of the world's laughing stock. |

Re: Family Sues Police After Son Shot Dead
Oh goodness, here goes all of the typical bandwagon jumpers going on and on about American Police. Obviously having never been to a country where the police get away with crimes in a regular and frequent basis. Where there is nothing protecting you against police brutality. *eye roll* Anywho, while I think the kid made poor judgement in fighting the two officers, I do not find that this shooting was justified. As previously stated, he was retreating at that point and had no weapon. There was also a responding officer present who could match the size and possibly strength of the suspect. Just FYI, for those who think that lethal force requires that there has to be a weapon present in the assailant's hands, you are wrong. The human body can be potentially fatal in itself and most states in the US recognizes that fact. If she had been alone and felt that this young man could have severely injured or killed her with his body alone AND could prove it, I would say the shooting could have been justified. Not in this case. I dont think this was a case of "gung-ho cowboy" syndrome that many people who dont wish to actually take the time to think about police situations immediately go to. I think it was just fear in the situation, tunnel vision, and an immediate fight response from the officer. It was a mistake on her part that she should pay for, but I think it should be called what it is. |

Re: Family Sues Police After Son Shot Dead
Oh do shut up. 1 unarmed man against 2 people armed to the teeth with pepper spray, tasers, and handguns. He gives them a tiny little pussy slap and starts to run away, and she pulls out her gun and shoots him dead. Justified? No. Murder. If someone with no gun slaps you in the street and you shoot them dead, that is fucking murder, policeman or not, whatever country it is. Although apparently the rules don't apply to America, as per fucking usual. Go USA |
