Nope. She got 6 months.
She tried to was the gunpowder residue off her hands before the cops got there, lied to the cops saying he had shot himself, and never accepted personal responsibility for the act. The victim will never walk, see out of his left eye, and will require professional in home care courtesy of the taxpayers, and the judge in the case reduced her sentence to 6 months. The crime occurred in front of a fucking camera, and she gets six months because it's her first offense.

Actually. No. She is on shock probation. For the rest of the sentence. I was on SP. For a year. Made it to 11 months. Got in trouble. And didn't even have for that matter. They just revoked my shock probation and I had to do the rest of the year which ended up only being a few weeks because at the time I was getting 40 days for every day. Hopefully this lady can stay out of trouble for that long it's going to be an accomplishment.

Shock probation means she can't do anything or should I automatically go to jail for the original crime.
Which means she can assault somebody and they won't even try her for the assault she'll just go to jail for the shooting. If she gets accused of shoplifting they won't try to prove the shoplifting she'll just go to jail for the shooting.
I'd rather do the time for the shooting.
