Dominique White was murdered by Topeka Police officers. Shot in the back after the officers provoked him to panic while claiming they were not arresting him. The officers lied on many points in the reports and excuses.

Zino...that's hard to judge at the very best and they didn't start shooting until well into his run while flailing his arms well away from his pockets. THIS IS AN EVIL MURDER!!
