"Stop resisting"- Parlance for "you're about to get beat down no matter what you do at this point". Often combined with pulling up on a suspect while commanding him or her to get down. LEOs like these guys are what spoil the reputation of honorable officers all over. At least there will be some accountability. |

These are the same guys who couldn't get laid in high school and got stuffed in lockers. Now they travel in packs and use their badges and guns to make up for a lack of true manhood. No better than the criminals they harass.
