It doesn't matter what he did while hand cuffed and riding in the back. If he committed some other crime by spitting on the officer or something then the officer can write him up for that. What that officer did was revenge. He is not the judge and jury.

who told you that crap? And he was not yet an inmate. He was still being booked in. In fact he had not even been to court yet. So you are doubly wrong. But inmates do have rights. So you are wrong three different ways. But of course you must of been using sarcasm right?

There's your problem; you assume a guy's weak because of his size and size in no way determines the speed of a his hands. Upon looking at this vid again, I side with the cop. That guy wasn't doing as told.

I watched that tape over and over. The cop actually had his grip on the guys shirt partially hidden when coming through the door. The cop can be seen to jerk on the shirt if you watch his body movements. It is the officer who moves first and then the prisoners body reacts by shifting backwards a fraction of a moment later. The prisoner's head actually moves forward a bit as his neck and shoulders move backwards as would be expected. It is a clumsy attempt by the officer to fake an assault and then respond with with what he can later say is justified actions. He also claims the suspect threatened to headbutt him on the way to the station. The suspect repeatedly denies both making the threat and attempting to head butt. And it should be noted that the suspect was too far away from the officer to ever have made contact had he even attempted a headbutt. The officer is rogue.
