Near Guitang Market in Nanyuan, Beiliu City a man was holding a sharp object, chased a passing tram befores trying to puncture a tire of a man on a scooter who managed to escape. The owner and many passersby were frightened as further down the road he stopped a girl on a scooter and punctured the rear tire. No one was injured. Policemen who were later rushed to the scene arrested the lunatic.
