how are they soppost to know what records or warrants may be outstanding on anyone in the car. and fleeing from an officer should be a felony and violent the moment the car is used as weapon

then whats the point of pulling over in the first place... who "wants" to allow themselves the opportunity for a 400 dollar ticket or just the dealing with a cop anyway

then there needs to be thank you cards issued for those who decide to drive over to the side of a street to visit with a cop

They have the plates and in this case a helo.............mail the ticket just like a speed camera ZERO chase...........
