CarJacking Un-marked Dutch Police Car Went Wrong

Happened yesterday, 8 April in Amsterdam. Netherlands

As far as current knowledge goes, it looked like someone tried on the wrong time and the Wrong place to High-jack an un-marked Car at gun/knive-point.
Not being aware the driver was a plain-clothed Cop

Under the treath of the unknown weapon the Cop handed over the Car, but outside the Car he pulled his conceiled Gun and tried to get a good aim at the suspect behind the wheel.

The Car thief (took a Mazda 3) than made its escape, although being bullet ridled by the Cops gun he managed to get away from the Scène, only to get arrested a little further in the Gettho city of the Netherlands, Almere.

Its unknown if the Car jacker got hit, but the car definetly did multiple times, seen from after footage.
