hahaha this is in Malaysian Prison. Yes rapist would get this too.. but surprisingly, even though this video went public, still doesn't stops horny men over there to commit crime especially raping. I think they just gamble themselves like "if i rape someone safely, i can get away". But hey, most of em get caught and this is what they get. kachinngggg

Looks hard but definitely seems preferable to stoning, hanging, shooting or other typical Arab style punishment. We could try this instead of dishing out ASBOs in the UK.

No...It's not ridiculous. It is there way of punishment and that little spray painting fuck tard knew it. The only problem with that case is that President Clinton whined his ass aff and reduced the sentence for 10 to three whacks. Both of em were pussies.
