CCTV footage of a residence captured the exact moment when a businessman in the automobile industry punches his neighbor in the face after an argument, in the city of Sinop (500 km north of Cuiabá). After the assault, the Civil Police launched an operation and carried out a search and seizure warrant at the man's house. A precautionary measure was also imposed that prevents the suspect from approaching the victim.



The assault took place on July 29. After the crime, the victim went to the police station and said that the aggressor has been her neighbor for approximately two years. She detailed that they began to disagree during discussions over the land boundary between the parties. The victim also explained that the aggressor would be responsible for a “cricket” area in the Jardim dos Estados neighborhood.



On the day of the crime, after an argument, the suspect approached the victim and punched the woman in the face. Due to the force, the woman even fell and, even fallen, the aggressor still threw another punch.The images are strong.



After the assault, the man fled in a pickup truck. She told the police that this was the 3rd time the man had assaulted her, in addition to having threatened her with a firearm.

After the complaint, police officers carried out search and seizure warrants at the businessman's home and verified that the suspect had a record of a 38-caliber weapon.



During the police action, the aggressor had his authorization to carry a weapon cancelled. The case will be investigated.
