The Military Police (PM) removed a 36-year-old lieutenant and a 37-year-old sergeant, caught threatening to kill and beating a 26-year-old man with kicks Joseph Boniface, in the interior of Sao Paulo. The assault occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday (7), in the neighborhood Jardim Cassetari.

In a statement, the PM pointed out that the images suggest unacceptable behavior and that, therefore, the, he will set up a police investigation for investigation.

Images recorded by a resident show the young man, already restrained, immobilized and unarmed by one of the police officers against a wall, in front of the house of a merchant. During the approach, the policeman threatens the man: "you didn't die of pity, I didn't kill you of pity."

In the sequence, it is possible to see that the man asks the police officer to release him. Angry, the policeman replied: "I break that chair in your head right now." Then another policeman gets out of a car and kicks the man, who falls to the ground.

The man gets up and complains of pain, but the policeman grabs him by the neck, knocks him to the ground again and continues kicking the young man.

According to the police report, the officers were called to respond to a complaint of theft to a rural property. They spotted the attacked young man, with characteristics similar to one of the thieves, and they chased him.

Upon reaching the young man, he was taken to the front of the residence of a merchant, where he was assaulted. The man denied that he had stolen the farm.

The occurrence was recorded as resistance, abuse of authority and bodily injury.

He was taken to the emergency room by police officers, where he underwent care and was released. The police will investigate the case. Nobody's been arrested.

Brutal Suddenly, watching videos of some "Free Palestine!" college protestors getting knocked back by cops then rolling down a flight of stone steps like a slinky doesn't seem that extreme anymore (but it is still funny)

Comes in tires squealing, begins immediately with the beat down. Clearly he was resisting & brought it on himself, that defense has worked for police all through the ages.
