Why do I think that this story was not over at all? The cop saw that there were too many of them for him to handle and just called backup while he went to warn others to stay off the road...

California Highway Patrol...boobs.  In all probability and as much as I'd love to make fun of that motor officer, he was probably on his way to an accident or a fairly serious call for service or he'd stopped and cited those fools. |

They can issue citations based on the video and mail them to the addresses listed on the license plates. Exhibition of speed, etc. are misdemeanors in California.  |
