Looks like a spoiled brat. Fancy house, 21 years old, parents probably coddled him and gave him everything he wanted, including the truck...now he feels like he can treat everyone like crap.

Re: "Australia's Worst Road Rage Attack"
Contribution: As this event really riled me. At the time 21-year-old Edward Sullivan. From Carbrook in Brisbane's, Australia The Ute was not registered to him but to the “family run” company. December 15th, [Christmas] 2012 ~ incident of Road Rage was captured on film by the victim Mr. Olsen. December 19th, 2012 ~ Film was shown on television. December 20th, 2012 at 4:02 pm ~ Police have charged a man in relation to a traffic incident in Cornubia on December 15 Well he's handed himself in to police and his excuse is that the video was "fake". December 20th, 2012 ~ 6 other people have contacted the television station and police, stating they have also been victims of road rage by the same vehicle in the same general area. It turned out that his behaviour is equally well known by aquantainence and friends. His female passenger was not charged with any offence. February 4th, 2013 ~ The case went to court. He was represented by a very expensive and highly efficient solicitor. [Surprise! Surprise!] Hence .June 2013 Sentencing ~ Here's the sentence handed down by the Magistrate. The attacker has been- Disqualified from driving for 6 months. Put on two years’ probation. And ordered to pay $17,000 restitution to Mr. Olsen. -------------- Personally. I think the Police showed incorrect procedure by only charging him with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and willful damage. It should have been assault and whatever other charge they could get away with.He used his vehicle as a weapon, endangered the public and his victim. The DDP showed weakness by not demanding his charges be reviewed and hopefully upgraded to a higher level before taking this to court And if not then. Once they were aware of the sentencing handed down, they could have made application for sentencing review. The Judge showed perfectly what we [the public] have all come to expect. How little they know about reality. He could have enforced a harsher penalty including a psychiatric assessment. So I guess by now 12 months later. Edward Sullivan has his license back and is once again on the roads [Sigh] |

Re: "Australia's Worst Road Rage Attack"
I wondered about steroid use/abuse too. Showing lots of the traits there. I fucken hate the things and the lazy tossers who cannot be arsed to build muscle the natural and lasting way. Had a friend almost beaten to death by her roid filled husband piece of shit was like a fucken animal after about 6 months of using the stuff...he lost his job, her, his kids (no access at all) and almost all his friends, bar his roid using gym "friends". |

Re: "Australia's Worst Road Rage Attack"
He certainly lost a lot [Stupid man], I guess it goes without saying she did too. Husband, friend, lover, plus being a survivor of violence, which stays with you for life, no ban aid will ever fix it. Sorry to hear about your friend. Hope she is doing better now. Seems like antisocial personality disorder and steroid-induced violence is rising. During sentencing, I presume he was sentenced? Was it under the heading of domestic violence or attempted murder or……… Just curious. I have a hard time understanding when the power that be, give lesser charges /sentences to violent crimes because of drug use. |
