they let that situation get out of control and when they made the decision to arrest him they didnt immidiate act on it. They could gone hands on after verbal noncompliance when he was told he was under arrest. If the guy wasnt such an asshole he probably wouldnt have gone to jail. I was alarmed and disturbed by his conduct... which is enough for a disorderly conduct charge in illinois. He is also guilty of aggravate mopery....

One of many reasons I hate America and have zero pride in being American... may this country fall to the bottom and go the way of the Roman empire...  These cops probably had a quota of arrests and approached & arrested him to help fill their quota... |

This idiot deserves more then what he got. Public is the public's place not some idiot who disturbs our peace. Anyone who believes their right to free speech outweighs the rights of others is an idiot and should have paid more attention in school.

this is funny.. especially the comment above mine. i dont like cops and love to see them get theirs, but after seeing this video i would definitely side with them on this. as far as them targeting the right asshole.

Agree, it makes me wonder why the police were there to start with unless someone had some cause for concern or they were doing something illegal, you don't swear at cops unless you are high or a fool!

Yeah, that kid is an asshat, and got himself into most of that. Really, did you think you'd win? Even if you've done nothing, the bully squad will win, even if they have to call the entire department to pin him down. Either way, those cops are pathetic. They fuck around for 10 minutes, and won't explain anything to him, just "put your hands behind your back", mostly because beside mainstream shit, most cops don't even know the laws, they just know that whatever pissed them off will fall conveniently into some code once they figure it out. Breech of Peace or some other catch all bullshit to use the mace and cuffs. Then, they have him cuffed and prone, and still have to sit on him for another 2 minutes. That's just their "teach 'em a lesson" bullshit. Most cops are guys doing a job, but some are the ones who got the shit kicked out of them in high school and are returning the favor to karma. Oh, and 11 cops at the end is embarrassing. Fuckin pathetic.
