Altercation between a school bus aide and an upset parent
NEWARK, Ohio Video shows an altercation between a school bus aide and an upset parent. On Wednesday, the mother boarded the bus and said she was upset that the bus driver wasn't picking up her child. "She kept yelling at the bus driver and I kept telling her she needs to get off the bus, that she's not allowed on the bus," said bus aide Dala Clark. The parent, said the school did not seem to care that the driver hadn't picked up her son. "He's never out ready to get picked up in the morning," Clark said. "We always have to sit and wait on him." After several minutes of arguing, the verbal match turned physical. "She assaulted me by pushing me over the seat," Clark said. The other parent admitted that she did push Clark, but that she was shoved first. The mother said the camera did not capture that because she was facing away from the lens. "I didn't shove her," Clark said. "I didn't touch her. I told her to get out of my face." Clark said that since the incident, the joy of riding the bus has been replaced by fear. "That I have to go back and face it Monday until it's resolved, who knows what's going to happen," Clark said. Charges have not been filed in the case. The mother told that she planned to meet with the head of the school bus company in hopes of resolving the issue of her son not being picked up. Three children from Two Excel Academy were on the bus. They were not injured. |

Black woman started it, both figuratively and physically. And why am I not surprised that she expects the bus to wait on her kid (who is never ready to go and so the bus keeps going rather than wait for him) rather than making sure the little snowflake is out at the bus stop on time?   |
