I don't know the preamble to this, but it appears greyshirt assaulted someone, then proceeded to draw his firearm after initiating the fight. This is a no-no. You cannot initiated a kerfuffle and then claim self defense and draw a gun. At least he didn't shoot. And, this is California. He's looking at losing his license to carry, guaranteed. |
