you're probably missing something. you can play with that IF you get all the necessary permits and all to make it all legal. same as with guns. no permit,= illegal .....with permit = you can carry it. i dont think thats hard to understand. you just have to qualify in their screening to handle whatever dangerous stuffs you want to play with.
