That most likely appears to be a female-to-male transsexual or 'transman' who has started testosterone but not had the double mastectomy (breast removal) yet. I have a lot of expertise in this field and can get hold of pictures also due to my job, so anything you want to know, feel free to ask. I've also posted topics of some of the surgeries used in transsexual transitions. |
